Our Pre-Sales Team is looking to expand :

Pre-Sales Security Consultant

If you're a jack-of-all-trades, Avit is the right place for you! With your business acumen and technical knowledge, you're a perfect fit as a Pre-Sales Consultant at Avit Group. You'll translate customer needs into functional technical solutions. In doing so, you'll advise on new services and technologies and develop them into a marketable product. You'll provide verbal and written justification for these solutions and present them to the client. You'll collaborate with the Account Manager and the Inside Sales Representative.

What will you do?

• Analyzing customer needs and accurately translating them into a functional and technical design;
• Supporting Project and Support Engineers in the implementation and support of (new) products and services;
• Je draagt zorg voor een goede verstandhouding met de leveranciers op zowel commercieel als technisch niveau;
• Het opstellen, voorbereiden en controleren van offerteteksten en/of adviesrapporten.

Since we've embraced Cisco as a strategic partner, it's important that you're thoroughly familiar with Cisco's products and services. In addition, you're technically skilled and stay up to date in this field. You enjoy actively contributing ideas to find solutions for the client, while keeping the client's needs and budget in mind. You apply a commercial perspective to everything you do and enjoy supporting the account manager in both these areas and on the technical side.

You also have:

• At least 5 years of relevant work experience in the IT sector, including relevant commercial and technical responsibilities
• You have a specialization in Networking, Security, or Secure Networking;
• At least a bachelor's degree in ICT;
• You hold relevant Cisco certifications;
• You enjoy working with customers, Cisco, and Avit colleagues;
