You want to work with technology that is relevant now, and to have a say in it. At a small agency you choose what fits per project, without a fixed house stack. Because we do not carry years of our own codebase, you work with current tools more often than at larger organisations.

You work in a small, senior team with short lines of communication. You sit at the table with the client, understand the challenge and stay involved after something has gone live.

The stack follows the project

Sometimes you start from scratch, sometimes you build on an existing application. In both cases the team chooses what suits the project. Think Laravel, Node.js, Vue, React, TypeScript, Python, PostgreSQL, REST or GraphQL.

Work that goes live

What you make goes live and gets used in day-to-day work. Not something for the shelf, but applications people rely on. You see what happens, adjust the application and keep developing it.

Direct contact with the client

You sit at the table yourself and walk the work floor. You hear where it chafes and where it helps. No tickets being passed along, but direct contact and an understanding of what you are building for.
