Internship: Business Administration / Business Intern

32-38 hours per week

€300,-

BikeFlip is looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Business Administration student who wants to grow and contribute to our mission!

During your internship, you will participate in strategic and innovative projects aimed at improving and scaling our business processes and impact. Together, we will determine which business administration issue best aligns with your interests and learning objectives. In addition to your own internship assignment, you will actively contribute to the further growth and development of BikeFlip.

Where are we now?

BikeFlip offers the solution for all children who quickly outgrow their bikes: a circular children's bicycle on a subscription basis, including repair and exchange service at home. This way, we relieve parents, make children happy, and give bicycles a second life. Together, we reduce the mountain of millions of unused bicycles and build a sustainable future. BikeFlip is now on the verge of a significant scaling up of its activities and operations, so the company is in the middle of its growth phase. What will you be doing?

• Helping to guide or develop improvements of (one of) our business processes within BikeFlip from A to Z. This could include, for example:

• Optimizing our inventory system

• Contributing to improving operational processes and customer satisfaction

• Analyzing our Customer Journey

• Gaining new customer insights by analyzing data

• With your insights, you will help BikeFlip with its growth plan and its implementation. Therefore, you will provide a "Fresh Perspectives" pitch during your first month at BikeFlip to the rest of the team!

• Supporting project management and collaboration with various departments within BikeFlip.

• Reporting findings and results to the management team. You are a full member of the team and get a unique look behind the scenes of a scale-up.

Who are you?

• Currently enrolled as a Business Administration student (or similar study) at a university or college.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Excellent communication and organizational skills.

• Proactive and independent work attitude.

• Interest in circular economy and start-ups/scale-ups.

• Excellent command of Dutch and English.

• You are independent and assertive and with your energy you help BikeFlip to scale up
