Business analyst

As a business analyst in the transport sector, based in Veghel, you will play a key role in optimising our transport processes by analysing our transport data and financial data. This position offers an opportunity to apply analytical skills and making improvements in our processes.

Client Details

You will be working for an international logistics and transportation organisation with locations all over the world. This position is located in Veghel where we focus on clients taking part in the consumer goods business. In Veghel we have a big transportation department in which you will closely work together with several teams and be in contact with our clients.

Description

As a business analyst you:

• Analyse transport and financial data to identify areas for improvement.
• Build dashboards and make reports for internal and external use.
• You signal trends, disruptions and opportunities to improve our processes and business.
• Develop and implement strategies to optimise transport processes.
• You are in touch with our clients to help them get the most out of our service, whenever there is a new client you research how to help them best and integrate them in our transport processes.
• Monitor key performance indicators to ensure operational efficiency.
• Provide recommendations based on data analysis and industry trends.

Profile

A successful business analyst should have:

• A degree in a relevant field such as Business Administration, Logistics, or Supply Chain Management.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in data analysis.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Fluency in English; knowledge of Dutch is a plus.
