Do you help clients grow and want to work in a team where you can make a real difference?

Due to our growth, we are looking for a new Customer Success Manager. We have recently welcomed many new clients, which is why we are seeking a colleague who wants to join us in making a difference for entrepreneurs looking to grow their businesses online.

As a Customer Success Manager, you'll act as the link between our clients and our online marketers. You'll ensure that clients are satisfied, that we achieve results, and that we capitalise on every opportunity. You'll not only be a point of contact, but also a strategic sparring partner who contributes ideas on growth.

You'll be joining a team where collaboration is key. We help one another, share knowledge and celebrate successes together.

What will you do?

No two days are the same, but your responsibilities will include, amongst other things:

• Maintaining client relationships and conducting strategic discussions.
• Monitoring customer satisfaction and customer objectives.
• Translating client requirements into concrete actions for our specialists.
• Supporting clients throughout their collaboration with iClicks.
• Analysing results and discussing opportunities for improvement.
• Identifying commercial opportunities and growth prospects.

You'll work alongside colleagues from the SEO, Google Ads and content teams on a daily basis to ensure that clients achieve the results we're striving for together.

You don't need to know how to do everything just yet.

• You have experience in Customer Success, account management, relationship management or a similar role.
• You enjoy helping clients move forward.
• You're able to switch easily between different clients and projects.
• You communicate easily with both clients and colleagues.
• You think in terms of solutions and opportunities.
• You're curious and keen to keep developing yourself.

Don't have extensive experience in online marketing yet, but do have experience in customer management? No problem - we'd be happy to teach you the rest!
