Why This Role, and Why Now?
Mobilexpense is a fast-scaling B2B SaaS company transforming expense management across Europe. We're looking for a hands-on growth leader who has already operated in the trenches of a B2B SaaS scale-up . You should be as comfortable setting high-level demand strategy as you are launching a new LinkedIn campaign or rebuilding an ABM flow.
We're scaling fast and need a strategic executor to drive our full-funnel demand gen initiatives. This role will be responsible for:
- Owning the demand generation engine across paid, organic, and Account Based Marketing
- Driving measurable, repeatable pipeline growth in collaboration with Sales and Product Marketing
- Optimising channel mix, budgets, and funnel performance through experimentation and data
- Connecting siloed motions into a cohesive buyer journey
What You'll Do
Campaign Strategy & Execution
- Manage the full media mix across Google Ads (Search, Performance Max), LinkedIn, YouTube, and emerging B2B channels
- Build high-intent campaigns aligned with sales plays, ICP segments, and product use cases
- Own creative iteration, nurture flows, and conversion-optimised landing pages
Account-Based Marketing (ABM)
- Define ICP tiers in partnership with Sales and Product Marketing
- Execute personalised ABM programs across digital channels using HubSpot
Funnel Ownership & Attribution
- Monitor and optimise performance from top-of-funnel CAC to SQLs and pipeline contribution
- Implement and manage multi-touch attribution using GA4 and HubSpot
AI-Powered Experimentation
- Integrate AI tools into your workflow for faster ideation and personalisation
- Build a culture of rapid experimentation to accelerate learning and growth
Analytics & Reporting
- Own dashboards and performance reporting in GA4, Looker Studio, and HubSpot
- Present actionable insights, results, and future experiments to marketing leadership and cross-functional teams
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Work closely with Sales, Content, Product Marketing, and RevOps to align on GTM goals
- Bring demand insights to QBRs and growth planning processes
Who You Are
- You've been in the trenches of a B2B SaaS scale-up : This is non-negotiable. You understand the pace, complexity, and ambiguity of a scaling company
- You don't separate strategy from execution : You love building the plan, and you love running it
- You own performance : You've managed six-figure budgets and know how to connect spend to pipeline impact
- You're ABM-proven : You've built or scaled account-based motions, not just followed someone else's playbook
- You speak the language of growth tools : Google Ads (incl. PMAX), LinkedIn Campaign Manager, GA4, HubSpot (CRM + CMS), and GTM
- You're AI-enabled : You actively use AI to move faster, work smarter, and generate better outcomes
- You work fast and thrive with autonomy : You don't wait for permission. You build, launch, and optimise at speed
- You communicate with clarity : You turn results into stories that drive alignment, action, and investment
