Description

• Handle and process return merchandise authorisations (RMA) efficiently and accurately.
• Inspect and evaluate returned products to determine their condition and eligibility for return or repair.
• Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely resolution of RMA cases.
• Maintain accurate records of all returned items and update the system accordingly.
• Collaborate with the logistics team to manage inventory and stock levels effectively.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures related to returns and repairs.
• Communicate effectively with internal departments to resolve RMA-related issues.
• Provide regular reports on RMA activities and performance metrics.

Profile

A successful RMA OPERATIVE should have:

• Knowledge of return merchandise authorisation processes and procedures.
• Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
• Proficiency in relevant software or systems for tracking and managing returns.
