SoundBlaster Audigy 2 & 4 2.03.0003

Creative heeft voor een aantal geluidskaarten uit zijn SoundBlaster Audigy-serie nieuwe drivers beschikbaar gesteld. De update is voorzien van versienummer 2.03.0003 en is alleen bedoeld voor Windows XP x64. Je kan de drivers vanaf hier naar binnen trekken. De ontwikkelaars hebben de volgende release notes bekendgemaakt:

This standalone driver adds Microsoft® Windows® XP Professional x64 Edition support for the following audio cards only:

• Sound Blaster® Audigy 2 including Platinum, Platinum eX and Value series
• Sound Blaster Audigy 2 ZS including Platinum and Platinum Pro series
• Sound Blaster Audigy 4 Pro

Requirements:

• Microsoft Windows XP Professional x64 Edition operating system
• Sound Blaster Audigy 2 including Platinum, Platinum eX and Value series, Sound Blaster Audigy 2 ZS including Platinum and Platinum Pro series, or Sound Blaster Audigy 4 Pro

Notes:

• This standalone driver supports the Windows XP Professional x64 Edition operating system only.
• Do not install this driver for the Creative Sound Blaster Audigy 2 ZS Notebook PCMCIA audio device.
• To install this driver:
  1. Uninstall any existing audio device drivers.
  2. Close all other Windows applications.
  3. Launch the Creative Sound Blaster Audigy 2, Sound Blaster Audigy 2 ZS and Sound Blaster Audigy 4 Pro driver.
  4. Follow the instructions on the screen.
  5. Restart your computer to complete the driver installation.
• Your audio card does not support DVD-Audio on Windows XP Professional x64 Edition.
