The store clerk in Deurne was very friendly and helpful, but that would be the only positive thing I could say about my order.
I only ordered components that were listed on their site was taking up to 3 working days. In 3 working days(Wednesday) I emailed to ask if it was ready. I didn't get a response. My partner emailed in Dutch, and also got no response. I called the next day and was simply told it wasn't ready and to call back on Tuesday next week. I did this and was told that not only was it not ready, but the parts had not been ordered. I had to ask him to check their other local stores, which he begrudgingly did. He said he'd order them now and to call back next week. Today, a week later I called and was told they had emailed me that morning about the case. I didn't recieve the email and it turned out they had mailed to the wrong email address. They didn't have the case in stock and it was no longer available. They told me to choose another and it would take another week to get it in. Needed the computer for work, and had to cancel the order.
