Heared about the famous Dutch "bad" customer service ? PCstraat is a prime example. You call up their customer service, first thing out of their mouth: We are too busy. Worst, I've had to call them 5-6 times, first thing out of their mouth: We are too busy, we will call you back. Did they ? As expected, they did not.
Great ! I had to use aggression to get them at least call back once, since then nothing.
Worth it ? Never ever again !
RMA ? Forget it ! I have requested an RMA 2 months ago, and every time I called, they told me: We're too busy. Wow, a prime example of effectively bad customer service, even my Dutch friends have warned me about.
Have I heared anything back from them ? No ! It was 2 months ago, they actually called back saying that they recognize the issue, and that even the manufacturer have recognized the issue. They said they will request for the parts, and will send me a replacement. I called the manufacturer's european office, and confirmed they have supplies, but they did not receive an RMA request from them yet.
Am I stuck with faulty product that I had paid honest money with ? Yes ! Do they care ? No ! BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE !
