I've just ordered my second major purchase from Coolblue – this time an ASUS Vivobook 16 – and once again, they've made the whole experience ridiculously easy. No drama, no hassle, just a smooth transaction that actually arrived when they said it would. Revolutionary, I know.

Last year, my ex-boyfriend bought me a washing machine and tumble dryer through Coolblue, and the service was spot-on then too. The delivery lads were professional, efficient, and – I'm just going to say it – easy on the eyes. They hauled away my ancient appliances without breaking a sweat and had the new ones installed in no time.

Coolblue just gets it right. Clear communication, reliable delivery, and genuinely helpful service. What more could you want? Well, perhaps they could include the attractive delivery team with every order, but I suppose that's asking too much.
