I thought, based on the descriptions, that Upgreatest was a student-only store. I was wrong. I first ordered a CTO Macbook Pro M4 24GB/1TB, then after a while changed my mind and decided on the 16GB version. (I have buyer’s remorse now about not going with 24 GB, which is not the fault of the store. ) My original order was quickly cancelled and the pre-payment of 4% – I didn’t have to pay the full price when ordering, only an ‘advance’ – returned within one day, and a new order created for me. I’m typing this from the M4 MBP.

Despite the best price I could find in the Netherlands – I was a bit afraid I’d get a Brazillian model, like someone else commented – I got a brand new Dutch model. I only wish the in-person pick-up option was available, but I have no reasons to complain about the speed and convenience, I had the computer the day after I paid the full price.

Very positive experience. A lower price than everywhere else, three-year warranty, and I only wish I was studying or teaching something because the education discounts are even better.

Very fast shipment. I actually thought the email with the track-and-trace code wasn’t sent – it was already in the confirmation email! It was also correct and delivered the next day in pre-xmas period.

I corresponded about various models vs prices with the customer service, who were extremely fast and helpful. Replies within hours, or minutes if I caught Martijn behind the computer Very nice.
