AlgemeenI bought a TV from them worth € 969. They sent another TV worth € 1100 with my approval, saying that they did not have stock related to the TV I bought. It is a company that values the customer. I bought TV from them twice.
I wanted to write this good experience here in response to those who use such platforms only to complain about the company.
They delivered the cargo in one day through a private shipping company.
KlantenserviceA kind lady informed me on the phone that the TV I bought from them was out of stock and said that she was sorry about the matter and that they would send a better TV without price difference to compensate for this.
