To keep it short: I bought an Electric bike with many pictures provided and a description that they haven’t tested the battery….
In a magical way, the only part that they didn’t provide a picture of is the damage to the battery, yet there are pictures even from the grass on the wheels.
Now because the description says we didn’t test the battery, It gave them the excuse to say that we are not obligated to provide you a picture or note or hint from Physical Visional damage that you can see from 5 meters away.
In short: Honesty is not the practice but misleading and hiding.
What you buy online is a big Gamble as provided Info is MISLEADING on purpose.
They did send the Item but there was no clear communication between the Auction house and the seller and still, after one week I get an email that they will send the units.
Klantenservicetakes a few days to answer a simple question If they answer, I had to send a few emails and use a chat box...
