Prepared for shipping and dispatched the very next day despite product shortages. Quickly turned over to the carrier. There was a one-day delay due to PostNL, but this is not the fault of the seller and therefore did not influence my rating.

Initially contacted the shop with a question about the availability of a product. Got a very quick response and made an order. They made sure that I got the product right as the next batch was delivered to them, which coincidentally was right the next day. Throughout the whole process, they kept communicating in a friendly yet professional manner (and fluent English).
