Terrible, terrible service: we ordered a stove from the online shop to arrive at the new home we were moving to. The website said the delivery time was 10-14 working days. Over a month later, the stove has just now arrived at the company depo - and they are still making us wait another week (!!) for it to be delivered to our home!!! We have two children and by the time the stove arrives it will have been a month since they had a cooked meal, and all the costumer service has to tell us is that they'll send us a voucher for the shop, as if we will ever buy anything there again (instead of contacting us when they saw the supplier is not going to deliver in time to offer us another stove that's on stock with the price difference paid by them, or at the very least making sure it's delivered to our home as soon as it arrives in their depo, not a week later). I strongly recommend staying away from this shop.

If it indeed arrives when they say it will, it will be with almost a month's delay.

They answered politely to the phone and mail and sent me a voucher, but no-one made an effort to solve my actual problem, which is that I DON'T HAVE A STOVE. I am sure that with some good will they could have arranged for an immediate delivery as soon as the product arrived in the depo, but all that the service rep had to say to me was "it's a big depo and it's impossible to send it earlier".
