DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM BANGGOOD EVER!!!

Watch out for this company!! Please save yourself headaches, 30+ emails, stress and more. It is not worth it. You think it’s cheap but it will be expensive!! Because you will not get any service if anything arrives broken or not in working good condition.
I bought an electrical folding bike for 500€ that arrived with a not working lithium battery, the battery doesn’t charge fully and hence quits working after a few minutes already. I’ve told them about the problem on the day it arrived, thinking and hoping they’d do what any normal reasonable company would do, send a working new battery or pick the bike up / offer free return for a refund or send a new bike and picking the broken one up, none of the above, they still, after 17 days of emails going out everyday, have not offer a true solution, they told me I can return it to somewhere in China at my own costs, that’s the same as PayPal tells me, which is not helpful at all! Since a heavy and big package like this bike (22kg) costs 1200€!!! To ship to China. Way more then even the worth of the bike. I’ve send them all the proof they asked: pictures, even made 3 videos which I uploaded on YouTube and still no solution is offered, after 20+ emails and me getting very mad they offered a 80€ refund, which is ridiculous, since the battery is the most expensive part of an electrical bike and costs way more to replace, like more around 300€.
Please DO NOT BUY HERE, you will regret it! And they will not offer service. Even though it’s not your fault and you receive an item that does not work.
I’m so frustrated and upset, I really don’t understand why they would not send me a working battery!!! They also keep going in circles, almost like playing a game, rather then offering a solution they go back and ask me for picture again or some other strange thing like, can I measure the voltage ?!?! Of course not I’m just a customer and do not have such tools and had already told them this after a few emails, then what they do is 10 emails after they ask me again. They do everything they can not to help the customer and not to fix the problem and offer a solution for a non working product. I bought it from an European warehouse, so it is even illegal as European laws states if you buy something it should arrive in perfect working condition and be as stated on the description!
NEVER EVER BUY AT BANGGOOD!

THERE IS NO SERVICE, you will not get any help.
