AlgemeenWhen i ordered something (price (500€ on the website), it was written "it will be delivered in 1 to 2 weeks"; some days after i received an invoice in dutch (that i could barely understand and even if i asked them to send it to me in english) that itwillbe delivered in october 2021 ( so 8 months after). Without communication, asking my consent or any commercial gestuire. Today i'm still waiting my refund.
VerzendingThe other part of the package ( around 200€). i asked a delivery ina point that is open everyday from çam to 7pm. the delivery man didn't show up and said that nobody was there at 1pm. LOL. When i went to grab the package at bpost Bruxelles , the package was open. i have pictures.
Again no excuses , no commercial gestuires, nothing.
i'm really deeply chocked by there service .
Nobody picks up the phone. Never.
You ask emails and invoice in english, they send everything in dutch.
So you can't be treated as a customer if you're english speaker i guess.
No personnal email ( automatic unpersonnal answer).
No commercal gestuires for there mistakes and bad service.
i'm waiting a refund since a week that usually take 24h hours ( bank in the same country)
NEVER ORDER THERE!!
