AlgemeenMost of these third-party sellers are sketchy Asian companies that pretend like the product is being shipped from EU even though it's not. I just tried to cancel my order with Infinity Pro, since it's taken 5 days for them to ship something that is in stock. They do not reply to you if you ask them questions through the Fnac website. Fnac cant refund your money or help you in any way, they just keep telling you to contact them through the Fnac marketplace website. Also actually read the reviews yourself, because Fnac lies about the star rating of their ratings. An example is Infinity pro that has 4.5 stars according to Fnac but the majority of the reviews are 1 star and full of bad experiences.

KlantenserviceFirst of all, there is no chat on the website would be a nice addition. Second, you have to wait on the phone for 10+ minutes almost every time you call before you get to talk to someone, just for them to tell you they can not do anything. Honestly feel really stupid for ordering on their website figured they would be a middle person that would help, but that is clearly not the case.
