From the moment I was looking for the product until the moment I got it, took a bit too long, but that's not entirely the company's fault.
Eventually it took about 2 weeks to actually ship it because they didn't have it in stock, even though there were 60+ units in stock on the moment of order.
I have to admit the price was pretty good.
I understand such things can happen, we're all human. Overall the experience was good for me.

The package shipped from Germany with DHL and as such, it took 2 days to arrive, that's reasonable and acceptable for me.

Customer service was great, from the initial moment when I was searching for the right part, and warranty information, and to the part when I already made the order and it didn't ship for 2 weeks.
