Only ordered one item so far, but experience has been pleasant. Will order again if I need something which their web store offers.

Shipping was very quick, and keyboard arrived well packaged without any damage, including the outer box itself. Nothing else really I could add here.

Customer service was quite good, and I actually got to exchange some correspondence with the company support because my initial order had to be cancelled due to price mistake on the website. Rolf (the employee who handled my order) replied very quickly, and we sorted it out pretty fast with me re-ordering once the product page has been fixed. Refund for the initial cancelled order came within 2 business days, so I didn't have to chase anyone.
