AlgemeenUnfortunately I received the a product different from the description and after I sent it back I had to pay a "ransom" to have the correct one.
VerzendingI ordered a Surface Pro with a "zwart signature type cover" but I received a normal type cover (non signature)
KlantenserviceI contacted the customer service and they initially said they could not do anything. Later on they said they could exchange the cover for the signature one and I could send it back: they never mentioned any surcharge and that seemed fair to me since I was just receiving what I had ordered and paid for. Once they had received the cover back, they asked for a "ransom" of 31€ (as the difference in price between the one I received and the correct one). At that point I was without any keyboard so I was forced to pay or be left without what I had already paid.
