AlgemeenDidn't have a single problem with order and the shipment. The item I ordered was a bit damaged though.
Went to order a product for the second time. I wanted to purchase a phone accesoiry. When I wanted to order it an hour after I'd decided to purchase it the price has increased.
The reason why it was increased is because they had released a voucher that allows you to get 10% off of phone accessories.
So before they put some of their popular items on sale, they increase the price.
I don't really have any other complaints about the company itself. The customers servive for example is great. But this is quite disappointing nonetheless.
The product was deliveres in a plastic bag. It looks like a trash bag which is a bit odd. The item was a bit damaged which is disappointing, but the delivery in itself went without any problems.
KlantenserviceI was confused about the delivery of the product because according to the email I had received I was supposed to receive the product in a few days, but it kept delaying. I sent them a mail about this and they said that the date in the mail was incorrect because it was calculated according to full weeks instead of business days. I don't know why they didn't just give me a correct date in the mail. I ended up having to wait another week.
