EGlobalCentral is not a trustworthy corporation. I ordered the Amazon Echo and Google Home last year, but never received them. So it looks that I will never receive my ordered goods. Luckily I paid with creditcard, so will most likely get my money back. But will definitely advise not to order anything with them.

Shipment goes from Hong Kong with Landmark Global which seems part of Bpost and uses DHL parcel service. However the numbers they use are not known at DHL, so you shipment goes into some sort of black hole.

Customer Service points to the general conditions, and acts as if it is the fault of the shipment service that you do not get your goods. However you can only claim if you receive something at all, which in my case never was the case. All in all again - do not order anything at EGlobalCentral!
