Uit eigen beweging
AlgemeenPurchased laptop (order #13498) and was shipped after 2 weeks but without extra components (extra RAM and HDD with extra space).
Contacted store immediately (tried a couple times via phone) via online chat finally and agreed they send new laptop with correct specs and then return the one initially shipped. Issue resolved only after 3rd party involved almost 2 months later.
