AlgemeenI bought some cameras to use with my existing e-Centre, including the additional "configuration service." I already pay a fee to deliver alarms and store camera info and this was the first time trying to make use of the cameras. After I'd installed the cameras, it became apparent the e-Centre can only store information from one fixed camera. The company proposed an alternative of by passing the e-Centre and having an email sent with images from the second camera once motion is detected. This doesn't work for me either though, as I use gmail. After a couple of hours, we broke off to let them investigate further. I got back to them after a couple of days and I was told that a firmware update was needed, but after challenging them for more information, it became apparent that no new firmware was planned. When I did ask for more information, the service desk could only give me the ticker number. When I asked to speak to the manager, I was told that no-one was available (the manager was on holiday). I'm being "fobbed off" and would not recommend anyone to use this company.
