I ordered 2 HP docking stations at Remarkt, and had rather low expectations on the quality and service, because the price was very low.
I was very pleasantly surprised that one of the docking stations got immediately replaced when I claimed that it was faulty. No long discussions, I just received a notification from post.nl that a new package was on its way, even before I got the email confirmation from Remarkt.
I will definitely order here again.

At the first delivery only 1 docking station was delivered, but after a short call the 2nd one was immediately dispatched and delivered the next day.

One of the docking stations was faulty, which can happen with refurbished materials. Without any fuzz a new one was dispatched to me immediately.
