Late delivery! I was promised next day delivery and got my parcel 4 days later.
VerzendingCoolblue advertises product delivery on the next day. Even on Saturday. I broke my smartphone on Frieday and needed a new one urgently. That's why I ordered a new phone on Friday (around noon) from Coolblue expecting to receive it on Saturday. Unfortunately I got no delivery on Saturday and now I have to wait until Tuesday! Wow.... Not happy at all about this.
KlantenserviceI called the customer service and they could not do anything about this. Just asked me to wait at least 2 more days (actually now 3 days!). The website claimed I would receive my new phone the next day though. Fake advertisement obviously. If that's BPost's fault (which I can understand) they should ditch them and get a proper delivery service that's up to their advertisement.

Wij begrijpen dat het niet wenselijk is dat uw pakket te laat werd geleverd. Wij zouden dan ook graag verder uitzoeken wat hiervan de oorzaak was.
