THE FIRST MIN POINT IS THAT THE WEBSITE SEEMS TO BE BELGIAN ONE BUT THEIR ACTUAL SHOP IS IN HONG KONG. AND I CAME TO KNOW THAT AFTER PLACING THE ORDER ON MY INVOICE.
The client service is of least quality. I haven't been able get a response for my emails whatsoever. The product is after 20 days still not packaged from the store. So overall experience: it's the least pleasant I've ever had with a webshop.
THE PRODUCT WAS NEVER DISPATCHED!
After 18 days of placing the order I got an email from the webshop saying that additional controlling is needed for the transaction. But after 20 days the product is still not dispatched.
THEY SAY THE LIVE CHAT IS AVAILABLE DURING WORKING HOURS BUT IT'S A MYTH. THE WEBSHOP DOESN'T EVEN HAVE A TELEPHONE NUMBER.
There was only one way I could email the client service and that was the contact-us form on their website eglobalcentral.be. It said that I will get response in 1-2 working days but after 10 days I still haven't heard from them.
