VOP Telecom

Watch out.

If you are an NL company avoid VOP Telecom.

This is a Belgian company even though they have a .nl domain name.

VOP Telecom does not process BTW correctly for NL companies. They should charge 0% BTW...even asking for your NL BTW number, but NL companies will be charged 21%.

They refuse to refund the incorrectly charged BTW. So you pay more money.

You should buy from an NL based company instead.

It;s not all bad news. The phone arrived quickly. This part was OK to be fair.

Very poor customer service. Unhelpful, and unwilling (or unable) to correct the company mistake.

Instead of refunding the BTW and fixing the process, they invite you to write to the Belgian tax authorities.

I asked again with a different person, asking them to try to find a sensible solution.....but no, not possible.....write to the Belgian government.

So OK, never again.
