I ordered a samsung s5 neo yesterday 21-12-2015 and paid by idaal. Immidiately afterward I recieved the confirmation of my order but not track number and factuur.
Today on 22-12-2015 I have called its service several time but heard always from the answer machine that i am 7th on the line or I have to wait.
This evening around 10:00 o'clock I received an annuleren email of my ordering but without any explanation why and whether I shall be paid back. In the meantime I saw quit some reviewers talking about the same experiences. I got a very bad feeling and wonder if I can get my payment back in the end.
Not received any information about sending at all and of course not received product as well.
