I ordered a Meizu MX4 phone here and they send me one with a faulty screen. They told me to send it back and within 3 days they would send a new one. They confirmed that it arrived and now after 3 months nothing. I mailed/contacted them more than 40 times. I get no reply at all. It looks like they stole my €210. I want to warn other people not to buy here. You will just be ignored. Go to gearbest or banggood instead.
