I bought a Sony camera after they promised me worldwide warranty during the first year after purchase. Unfortunately after moving to the US this camera broke down and after contacting sony I was denied warranty services. After contacting Art en Craft about how they would solve this I got a blunt response that I should get the camera back to them for service on my own and that they will not cover the expenses that I will have to make to ship it. They continue to say that you should get worldwide warranty but that it is sony's problem, not theirs. You would expect a better service from a company like this...
