De printer voor wie wel dingen wil printen in 3D maar niet zit te wachten op experimenten een leercurve. Ik gebruik hem om adapters en andere mechanische onderdelen te printen met schroefdraad en andere 'lastige' details.
Als ik een keer een print over moet doen dan is dat omdat ik zelf een fout heb gemaakt bij het ontwerp.
Ik vind hem zeer betrouwbaar.
De ondersteuning bij het gebruik is echt fantastisch. Er is een grote gemeenschap van gebruikers, en de chat-ondersteuning door echte medewerkers, geen AI robots, is snel en vakkundig.

We bought 20 of them and in less than a year half of the had issues.
Last time I tried to contact them they accused us that we didn't pay 20.000€ one year ago and they can't help us anymore till we prove that we paid, as if you could get the printers without paying before. if you have a problem in your system, solve it yourself, but dot accuse the client of your mistakes because you don't want to spend 5 minutes in checking previous payments. So i had to bother the administration department to find the payment, send it to them and wait one day for them to react.
Waiting times is also and issue.
