DevOps and torching architecture ivory towers

Do you feel you have great tools, a problem to solve and will to move on but you are stuck in ''requirements'' and jumping through hoops to satistfy solutions, domain, business & enterprise architects? intermediateThese entities that live in an ivory tower, surrounded by boxes, arrows, Microsoft Visio and when confronted with new ideas recite parchments of Gartner Quadrants to justify their choices. This feels contradictory in a DevOps world where we aim at continuous flow and fast feedback loops. How can we overcome this this barrier? I will share some attempts, lessons learned and you will (hopefully) be inspired to change things!
