IT at PARK NOW

IT is at the heart of our company, it acts as the backbone for all our services, including Cashless parking solutions (iOS, Android and Webpages) for PARK NOW users and parking rights management solutions. We are a tech company and our technology departments make up for over half the company.

We mainly use C#, Swift, Kotlin, JavaScript, PHP and a bit of Objective C. We use AWS as our main cloud provider and leverage many of its available services, with a focus on Serverless. We store our data in a number of databases ranging from SQL Server’s to RDS Aurora.

We have grown considerably over the past 3 years, in fact we have doubled in size and employ over 200 people in our tech departments. Our product technology group includes approximately 15 Scrum teams, with a preference for feature teams.
