For Super Micro in 's-Hertogenbosch we are looking for an experienced and pragmatic HR Generalist to provide full-cycle HR support specifically to the Production and Warehouse departments. It's not only a desk job. It requires a visible presence in front of employees and managers, building trust with team leaders and employees. The working hours are from 9.00 - 17.30 for 32-40 hours a week.

The ideal candidate will be a proactive problem-solver with a deep understanding of Dutch labor law and practices. You are able to work in a fast-paced, operational environment, possess solid progressive well-rounded human resources experience with exceptional interpersonal skills.

• you show a sense of urgency and teamwork as well as timely and accurate follow-through
• you have the ability to interact with all levels in the company using tact, patience and professional courtesy
• you already have experience in the field of HR in the Netherlands and knowledge of labor regulations.

In this position you are the first point of contact for all HR-related matters for managers and employees within the Production and Warehouse departments. You provide expert, hands-on support in employee relations, including conflict resolution, performance management, disciplinary actions, and absenteeism guidance, in full compliance with Dutch labor law. The whole employee lifecycle for employees, from onboarding new hires and conducting introductions to facilitating exit interviews is something that you will manage.

• You advise and support line managers with workforce planning, talent development, and succession planning for their teams
• Identify training needs, coordinate development programs, and support the implementation of health & safety initiatives
