The Manager of Technical Training will lead the strategic planning, execution, and optimization of technical training initiatives for maintenance and operations personnel supporting baggage handling systems (BHS). This individual will drive competency development, ensure regulatory compliance, and support workforce readiness across all North American airport sites whilst still being actively involved in developing training as well .

Qualifications and Requirements:

• Bachelor's or Associate's degree in Engineering, Technical Education, or related field.
• 7+ years in technical training leadership, preferably in airport systems, baggage handling, automated infrastructure, or a relatable industry.
• Must be willing and able to travel domestically up to 75% (travel regularly to airport locations within North America)
• Understanding of baggage handling systems, PLCs, CMMS, airport operations, and Toyota Industries Business Practices (preferred).
• Excellent leadership and project management skills.
• Proven ability to develop technical curricula and manage multi-site training programs.
• Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written skills
