As an experienced Cloud/Data Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in collecting, modeling, and structuring complex data sets. By developing robust data pipelines, you will contribute to the creation of valuable insights and end-to-end data solutions. Collaboration with project teams will be essential, as well as a solid understanding of cloud and data engineering principles, proficiency in coding, and familiarity with Agile methodologies.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the client's multidisciplinary team to design and develop end-to-end data solutions.
• Collect, model, and structure complex data sets for analytical purposes.
• Develop data pipelines to support data collection, transformation, and analysis.
• Utilize cloud platforms (e.g., Azure, AWS, GCP) to set up OTAP environments.
• Implement data modeling techniques, including Dimensional and Relational modeling, Data Vault, etc.
• Provide guidance and training to junior developers and business consultants on cloud technology.

Requirements:

• A technical WO or HBO education with a strong aptitude for thinking and working at WO level.
• A minimum of 2 years of experience as a Data Engineer.
• Proficiency in cloud platforms, such as Azure, AWS, or GCP.
• Experience with data engineering tools and methodologies, including SQL, Python, data pipelines, API access, Agile, Scrum, DevOps, data architecture, data storytelling, and Infrastructure-as-Code.
• Excellent communication and analytical skills.
• Fluency in Dutch and English.
