Who we are

First Impression designs, develops and implements audiovisual concepts and solutions. We digitize physical spaces by combining digital signage and audiovisual technology with (interactive) content. This is how we connect people, moments and brands. We work with leading clients such as Basic-Fit, Rituals, Volvo, KPN, Jumbo and SPAR. With a team of over 220 experience experts, our AVenturers®, we put everything under the sign of experience. It's all about experience.

What does your role as an AI Specialist look like?

You saw it coming. Not yesterday, but years ago. AI would change everything. And you stepped right in. Productivity. Creation. Decision making. Automation. Innovation. You saw the potential and you made it happen. And now you're ready to really future-proof an organization.

First Impression consists of 16 teams. From sales and design, to project management, logistics and finance. All of these teams already make extensive use of advanced technology and underlying processes. But by structurally deploying AI tooling and applications, all these teams also have opportunities in terms of efficiency, speed and quality. You will help them discover and implement these opportunities.

What you will do:

• Advising at the executive level on AI strategies and implementation
• Inspire, educate and guide teams in AI applications
• Experiment, test, evaluate and optimize
• Integrating AI into the core of our services

You are the one who ensures we stay ahead in our industry and also make a positive impact on productivity and job happiness.

It's all about (your) experience

• You know what LLMs are as well as what they can do for organizations
• You are familiar with prompt engineering and a broad spectrum of tooling
• You have experience with AI in production environments, not just conceptually, but really applied
• You understand how to explain AI to non-techies without oversimplifying it
• You are independent, curious, and a tad opinionated, in the right way
