Do you want to lead one of our strategic initiatives and help shape the future of our Developer Ecosystem? Then this is the job for you! As a Product Manager for the App Store and Developer Ecosystem, you will be the driving force behind our strategy for APIs, integrations, and partner enablement. You'll play a key role in strengthening our platform by fostering a thriving ecosystem of developers and partners who build valuable apps and integrations to add value for our customers. You'll collaborate closely with internal stakeholders such as product development, commercial teams, and partner management, as well as external developers. You'll translate market needs and technology trends into a clear product vision and roadmap. You'll be responsible for optimizing the App Store experience and enhancing the developer journey through our APIs and tools.

Exact Online is powered by a strong ecosystem of software partners and integrations. As a specialist, you'll be responsible for the strategic and commercial development of this ecosystem. You will:

• Develop and manage the product strategy and roadmap for the App Store and Developer Ecosystem.
• Improve onboarding flows and promote adoption of our APIs and development tools
• Prioritize features and improvements based on customer and partner feedback, data analysis, and strategic goals.
• Act as a bridge between developers, partners, and internal teams.
• Improve the developer experience: from onboarding to API documentation and support.
• Optimize App Store functionality and user experience.
• Monitor market developments and technological innovations in APIs, integrations, and platform ecosystems.

• Affinity with APIs, developer tools, and integration platforms.
• Experience building or managing a developer ecosystem or app marketplace is a plus.
• In-depth knowledge of the SME software market, API technologies, and Marketplaces for SaaS companies
• Project management and organizational skills, with a focus on meeting deadlines and delivering high-quality results
• The ability to make strategic and independent decisions based on logical reasoning and data
• A proactive and pragmatic attitude, with strong collaboration skills for working with external parties and different departments within Exact
• An analytical mindset, capable of extracting meaningful insights from data
• Fluency in Dutch and English, with powerful communication for engaging with colleagues, partners, customers, and at events.
