Are you a proactive team player and ambitious engineer ready to drive innovation in infrastructure and mobility,  at Yunex Traffic, we’re building the infrastructure of the future — smarter, safer, and more sustainable. As a Service Engineer, you’ll help maintain the advanced control and automation systems behind iconic projects like the Koningstunnel in The Hague and the Central Metro Control in Amsterdam.

Your Role

You're not just fixing issues — you're thinking ahead. You’ll work on high-tech systems like SCADA, PLCs, CCTV, Drives, and networks. Your focus is on preventive and corrective maintenance, system performance, and remote monitoring — more “bits and bytes” than bolts and wrenches.

• Be the technical expert and advisor for clients and internal teams
• Maintain and optimize complex infrastructure control systems
• Contribute during commissioning and support tender processes
• Monitor system performance and resolve complex issues
• Join a dynamic service team, ready for remote support and on-site action
• ​​​​​​​Participate in on-call rotations and client meetings

• HBO degree in IT, Automation, or related field
• Experience or strong affinity with automation technology
• Knowledge of SCADA, PLC, networks, and Windows systems (CCTV/audio is a plus)
• Strong communication skills in English and Dutch proficiency (B2+)
• Hands-on, customer-focused, and solution-driven attitude
• Valid driver’s license (B)
• Willingness to work flexible hours/on-call
