Job description
Location: Eindhoven, campus of University of Technology
Hours per week: Full-time
Think and work level: HBO or Academic | Computer Science
As a software developer you work with other developers and architects ensuring a continuous and timely delivery of qualitative solutions.
What you tell your friends you do: "My work offers a great deal of variety. I started out working on a project for one of the worlds largest payment providers. You know when you check-out at Albert Heijn, or buy a song on Spotify? This payment provider handles your payment. Their goal is to make their solutions as easy as possible to integrate all kinds of different systems. I made a so-called 'Software Development Kit' in eight different programming languages. My work is openly available on GitHub and used by thousands of people daily. After it is merged without conflicts, then it is time for a beer!

Code Development
Write and maintain clean, efficient, well-documented code and request guidance from more senior members of the team in doing so. Debugging, troubleshooting and testing Assist in identifying, resolving software bugs and issues. Implement and test to ensure the functionality and reliability of code.
Team Support
Collaborate effectively with team members, including senior and mid-level developers, to achieve project goals.
Documentation & Communication
Assist in maintaining project documentation, ensuring it is clear and up-to-date. Communicate progress, challenges and solutions clearly within the team.
Multitasking
Being able to work on multiple projects in one sprint. And manage time correctly between the projects.
Aspiration
Actively seek feedback and guidance from senior developers to improve coding practices and technical knowledge.
Skill Building & Research
Participate in training sessions, pair programming and workshops to develop your technical and professional capabilities. Stay updated on relevant programming languages, tools, and best practices.
