As an business analyst at Randstand Digital, you will have the chance to work on exciting projects with top-tier clients such as Bol, Ahold, Daf, ABN, ING, KPN, ASML, Wolters Kluwer, Municipality of The Hague, UWV, Ministry of Infrastructure and Water Management, and Ministry of Finance, gaining exposure to various industries and environments. You’ll be involved in analyzing and optimizing business processes, defining requirements, and offering strategic advice to improve information systems. Your role will evolve depending on the project, allowing for continuous personal and professional development.

As a Business Analyst helps organizations identify their needs and translate them into actionable solutions. Working closely with stakeholders, BAs analyze business processes, gather requirements, and define specifications for new systems, processes, or functionalities. They play a key role throughout the project lifecycle—from needs analysis to implementation and testing.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze business processes to identify inefficiencies and areas for improvement.
• Gather and document requirements through stakeholder interviews and workshops.
• Develop clear specifications and translate business needs into technical requirements.
• Collaborate with technical teams to ensure solutions meet business goals.
• Support project planning, quality assurance, and user training (if needed).

1. At least 3 years of proven experience in business analysis, data management, and complex IT or data-driven projects (e.g., system migrations, risk systems, process automation).
2. Fluent in Dutch (native or bilingual) and English—both written and spoken.
3. Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to work effectively in international teams.
4. Proactive, independent, and analytical mindset with excellent problem-solving abilities.
5. Strong communication skills, both oral and written.
6. Proven experience in drawing up functional specifications and performing requirements engineering.
7. Knowledge of project management methodologies and tools.
8. Familiarity with business process modeling techniques (e.g., BPMN, UML) is a plus.
9. CBAP (Certified Business Analysis Professional) or similar certifications are preferred.

Primary Benefits:

• Salary ranging from €3,000 to €5,000 gross per month based on a 36-hour work week.
• 13th-month salary (pro-rated) or the option for a performance-based bonus.
• 8.33% holiday pay and paid time off between assignments and in case of illness.
• Travel reimbursement or the option to use a project car for long-distance commuting.
