What can you expect from us?

At REV'IT!,, Design, Performance, and Innovation are at the heart of everything we do. As a Senior Product Developer, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our Adventure collection-gear that must perform flawlessly in extreme conditions, from torrential downpours to sweltering heat.

You will work closely with our designers, material specialists, and external suppliers, translating concepts into groundbreaking, functional products. With access to state-of-the-art facilities and a global team of experts, you will lead the charge in creating gear that sets new standards in water resistance, breathability, and durability.

What does this mean in practice?

As a (Senior) Product Developer, you will:

• Lead the end-to-end development of the Adventure apparel range, focusing on technical jackets and pants.
• Collaborate with designers to ensure that aesthetic concepts align with functionality and performance requirements.
• Drive innovation in waterproofing and ventilation technologies, ensuring products withstand extreme weather conditions.
• Conduct material research and testing to meet REV'IT!'s's rigorous quality and sustainability standards.
• Oversee fit and sizing processes, maintaining consistency across collections.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive product documentation, including BOMs and technical specifications.
• Ensure compliance with CE regulations and other industry certifications.
• Partner with external suppliers and oversee production sampling, including factory visits in Asia.
• Stay at the forefront of industry trends, bringing the latest advancements in materials and technology to the table.

This is a full-time position (40 hours per week, 32 hours negotiable) based in Oss, The Netherlands. You will report to the Product Development Manager.

Are you our ideal candidate?

You're a visionary developer who combines technical expertise with creative problem solving. You thrive in a collaborative environment and are motivated by the challenges of developing best-in-class gear.

We're looking for someone who:

• Holds a relevant higher vocational or university diploma in textile technology (or equivalent)
• Has 5+ years of experience in technical product development, preferably in outdoor or motorcycle gear.
• Possesses extensive knowledge of materials science, waterproofing technologies, and apparel construction.
• Is detail oriented and adept at managing complex development cycles.
• Demonstrates excellent communication skills in English, both in writing and speaking.
• Is willing to travel internationally to supplier locations.
