With these modules, many of the questions the physician asks the patient are already answered online in advance. We are looking for a highly motivated and organized business development representative to support our sales team and build relationships with potential customers. You will work closely with our sales team and customers to provide administrative support throughout each phase of the sales cycle.

We are looking for a highly motivated and organized business development representative to support our sales team and build relationships with potential customers. You will work closely with our sales team and customers to provide administrative support throughout each phase of the sales cycle.

WHAT YOU ARE GOING TO DO

As a business development representative , you will be ConsultAssistent's first point of contact for potential clients (hospitals and clinics nationwide).

Key Responsibilities:

  • Generating new leads via LinkedIn, email and phone and scheduling initial appointments
  • Follow up on leads via email and phone
  • Maintain sales pipeline in Hubspot
  • Preparation of contracts and tenders
  • Provide support for sales meetings and pitches
  • Coordinate weekly internal sales meetings
  • Preparing marketing materials
  • Organizing attendance at trade shows and conferences

FUNCTION REQUIREMENTS

  • Previous work experience in building relationships with clients and partners
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Proactive and entrepreneurial mindset
  • Accurate, structured and able to keep a good overview
  • Affinity with the healthcare industry
  • Excellent oral and written skills in both Dutch and English
  • Persuasiveness and an ambition to build a career in sales/marketing

As a driven self-starter, you take responsibility for your own work. You are able to see the bigger picture while also paying attention to the smaller details. You are always looking to learn new things. Your strong communication skills allow you to build trusted relationships with potential clients, existing clients and our team members. You are comfortable in a fast-paced environment and you meet deadlines without sacrificing quality.
