The job

Are you passionate about turning data into insights that drive innovation and better user experiences? As a Data Analyst within our multidisciplinary development team, you'll help unlock the full potential of our connected air-to-water heat pumps. Thanks to our built-in 4G connectivity, we collect extensive performance and usage data from thousands of units in the field. Your role is to analyze this data and translate it into actionable insights for internal teams, B2B partners, and end-users.

From spotting product improvement opportunities to helping customers reduce energy usage and increase comfort-you'll be at the heart of data-driven innovation. You'll collaborate closely with software developers, system architects, and service teams to design dashboards, monitor system behavior, and support predictive feature development.

This is a role for someone who enjoys diving deep into real-world datasets, making sense of complex systems, and seeing their work directly impact both business strategy and sustainable living. If you're curious, collaborative, and want to work with purpose, this job is for you.

Requirements

• A bachelor's or master's degree-this could be in data science, math, physics, computer science, engineering, or a similar field
• Some experience working with data-this could be through studies, internships, or personal projects
• Analytical mindset with a strong attention to detail
• Familiarity with tools like Excel, Python, or SQL to work with and analyze data
• Basic understanding of data visualization (e.g., using Power BI)
• Willingness to learn and take initiative
• Comfortable working in a team with people from different disciplines
• Able to communicate your insights in a clear and practical way
• Interest in energy systems, heat pumps, or IoT devices
• Experience with real-world datasets or time-series data
• Exposure to cloud platforms or dashboarding tools
