About the Role

As an AI & Process Automation Specialist, you play a key role in improving internal processes and developing dashboards. You analyze how existing customers use our solutions and help us identify where prospects can improve. With AI tools, advanced prompts, and automation, you support teams in sales, customer success, and onboarding, allowing them to focus on their core tasks.

You guide the organization from initial analyses to full automation, always with a clear end goal in mind: maximizing efficiency and data-driven decision-making.

Your Contribution to the Organization

• Increase operational efficiency through automation and process improvements.
• Enhance internal decision-making with clear, data-driven insights.
• Support commercial teams by implementing AI-driven analysis, dashboards, and automation tools.

Your Responsibilities

• Develop and optimize internal dashboards and processes.
• Identify areas for improvement in data analysis for prospects and customers.
• Implement AI tools and automation to support sales, customer success, and onboarding.
• Translate data into actionable insights for colleagues.
• Ensure a smooth transition from manual analysis to automated workflows.

What You Bring

• Bachelor's or Master's level thinking and working ability, preferably in an analytical, technical, or business-related field.
• Experience with data analysis and process optimization.
• Experience with data visualization and BI tools such as Power BI, Looker, or Tableau.
• Affinity with AI and machine learning is a must.
• Hands-on mentality and a proactive attitude.
• Good communication skills and the ability to turn data into actionable insights.
