At iClicks, we are not looking for a standard account manager. We are looking for someone who is hungry. Who wants to make metres. Who understands that success does not come by chance, but is earned.

As a Junior Account Manager, you will build your own portfolio with us from scratch. No hot list waiting for you. You create your own opportunities. Through cold acquisition, smart lead lists and above all: through perseverance.

Think of it as doing business within iClicks. How fast you grow, how many customers you serve and how much success you achieve? That's up to you.

Responsibilities

What you will do

• You will acquire new customers yourself through cold acquisition and lead generation
• You will build your own client portfolio step by step
• You will advise business owners on online marketing and growth opportunities
• You will work with specialists to help clients really grow
• You drive results, long-term relationships and success for your client and yourself

Your experience

This is you

• Maximum 2 years' work experience, e.g. in sales, commerce or recruitment
• You have a winner's mentality and set the bar high for yourself
• You are not afraid of "no" and see rejection as fuel
• You want to learn, grow and improve yourself every month
• Knowledge of online marketing is nice to have, not a must
• You think in terms of opportunities and take responsibility as if it were your own business
