The foundation for your career

In this traineeship, you will learn how to deploy targeted ads on platforms such as Google, Facebook and other channels. You will dive into the world of data, click behaviour and conversions, and discover how to get the most out of advertising budgets with smart campaigns. You learn fastest in practice: that is why you will work on real assignments for our clients under the guidance of experienced colleagues.

SEO traineeship

As an SEO trainee, you will learn how to make websites more findable in search engines through smart content strategies, technical optimisation and link building. You will also learn how to manage clients, set strategic goals and, of course, achieve them. During this traineeship, you will receive constant support from a dedicated mentor.

Content traineeship

During the Content Traineeship, you will learn how to write catchy marketing copy that not only ranks well in search engines, but also leads to conversions. Writing copy, creating effective content strategies and diving into the data behind your content is what your days will look like. You will work directly on client assignments and receive guidance from experienced content specialists who will help you grow into a creative and strategic content creator.

Link building traineeship

In this traineeship, you will learn how to strengthen the online authority of websites by building relevant and quality links. You will develop skills in analysing link profiles, selecting strategic websites and conducting effective outreach. You will work on projects for real clients and receive intensive coaching from experienced link-building specialists, so you will learn step by step how to achieve better rankings in search engines with smart link strategies.

Then it makes sense to us that you do not yet have 2 years of work experience and still have a lot to learn in practice. As an online marketing trainee, you will develop from starter to experienced specialist over 2 years. Personal coaching, clinics and weekly feedback moments are central throughout the process.

The online marketing world is constantly changing, so as an agency we do not stand still. We organise monthly in-depth clinics that anyone can join. During these sessions, you will learn from colleagues about the latest developments, tools and strategies. Think about clinics on AI in content marketing, the use of Performance Max campaigns, ChatGPT in practice or technical SEO trends. This is how we as a team stay ahead in our profession.

Our modern office with 140 flex spaces is located next to the train and bus station in Lelystad. Coming by car? Then there are plenty of private parking spaces on our premises. Besides workplaces, we have a large gym in our office building with dozens of machines, and every month you can unwind during a chair massage.

Flexible working hours

A fixed working time of 9 to 5 is out of date. You choose whether to start the day early or get going a little later; you can start between 7:00 and 9:00.
